Residential Window Cleaning Services
If you’re like most of our customers, you have an expanding to-do list. Whether you’re tackling spring cleaning or preparing for the holidays, we can remove one of your headaches.
Here is a complete description of how we clean your windows every time:
- We start by removing all screens and storms (if applicable). When entering your home we remove our shoes. Any furniture will be moved if in the way (if furniture seems too delicate or expensive we will first ask if you would like to move it yourself).
- We begin by cleaning the outside of your windows first. (We prefer to do this so when we go inside, we can face out and make sure we did not leave any streaks, smears,etc)
- In the process of cleaning all windows we will use a soft strip washer, squeegee and a concentrated window cleaning solution which is non streaking, ammonia free, industrial strength formula that is made to clean glass, Plexiglass and tinted windows. While at every window we will also clean the frame and ensure all debris such as cob-webs are removed.
- We use a scraper (if needed) to get off paint overspray, bug marks, sap, etc.
- After the outside windows are done, we'll then move our operation inside and repeat the process (Windows with tint will not be scraped).
- When we're inside, we will thoroughly clean the window tracks, frames and sills.
- We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush using biodegradable soap and water then dry with an all cotton cloth.
- It's now time to put all of the clean screens back in place.
- To finish up, we will put all of your furniture back in its place.
